“Little things repeated often create results”
Little actions repeated often do create powerful results. Why might this be so? It is because this is the way we create strong pathways in the brain. After repeating an action consistently for some time, you know what happens? It becomes a habit.
I love habits – the good ones – cos they are effortless and require no thought at all to happen automatically; like for most of us putting on our seat-belt when we get in the car.
In fact, not to do a habit requires effort. Ever been in a car where the indicators are on the opposite side? How hard is it to not automatically turn the wipers on.
