Focus Matters

In today’s world, you must be productive and use your time wisely to create value.

One of the biggest contributors to productivity is the ability to focus, that is the ability narrow down our attention down on something. Focusing helps us keep our eye on the goal, it’s key to clarity, efficiency, and concentration.

The problem is, attention is a limited resource, and distractions are everywhere; talkative coworker, email, that sugar fix, digital media or the new Netflix hit. We have more competing for our attention than ever before.

We’re so busy multitasking, trying to get stuff done, it is no wonder people everywhere are experiencing an epidemic of overwhelm. For most of us, anchoring our attention has become a daily challenge.

But, in order to build the kind of career and life you want, it’s going to take the right kind of focus. This won’t happen by accident and it’s honestly not easy to find something that is doable with our time being a premium. It requires an intelligent approach and well designed, effective program.

Your Success Code is a weekly course guaranteed to make you more productive and organised. These thing flow naturally as a result of optimising your mindset, so that you can focus with intention on the people and projects you care most about in life and work.

Are You Good Enough?

“WONDERING ‘am I good enough?’… happens in the mind. KNOWING ‘I am enough’ happens deep inside.

Ever seen a new born baby and asked, “are they good enough?’

Life just is exquisite and we are reminded when we see it arrive newly in a baby. We don;t think they will have worth once they have done something amazing, do we. We know this deep in our being. It is in our minds – our thinking – that we come up with questions, like this wondering, ‘Am I good enough?’, which is a meaningless question really, when you think about it. In our knowing, deep inside, there is no question. It is undeniable ‘I am’, and that is enough.

Stay Focused

The last few weeks technology has been challenging. I got caught up in getting the computers to work and my frustrations grew.  I forgot it is just one tool for ‘WHAT’ I want to do – post something inspiring and encouraging for you. The funny thing is, even with all the computer glitches, I was still finding ‘WAYS’ to do the posts.

I’ve let go of that now. Phew that feels better. Is there something in your life where you can shift your focus to what you want and why it’s important?
